Nhu Energy participates with FSU on successful proposal to $100M Navy Expeditionary Warfare Prototyping program

Nhu Energy is among the small business partners on a successful FSU proposal to the U.S. Navy to lead an Expeditionary Warfare Prototyping multiple party team (MPT) to help the Navy acquire new equipment and systems and get them into the hands of the warfighter faster by leveraging teams of organizations with diverse capabilities and a special DoD funding agreement designed for that purpose. 

The FSU-led team and proposal, spearheaded by the Panama City campus, having a history of working closely with the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Panama City, was among five selected by the Navy.  Agreements have been awarded to the MPT’s for a base of two years, with two, two-year option periods for a total potential period of performance lasting six years. The agreement has a cumulative ceiling amount of $100 million.  Nhu Energy looks forward to contributing capabilities in power, energy, and controls technology and systems development and testing along with other members of the FSU-led MPT in support of quickly and effectively developing targeted solutions to meet U.S. Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Expeditionary Warfare needs.
